Exchange & Refund Policy

At Nonzz, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our loungewear products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

We understand the importance of receiving exactly what you expect, which is why we offer a doorstep check. When your order arrives, you are welcome to inspect the item while the courier is still at your door. If there are any issues at that moment, our team will assist you immediately through customer support.

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered final and non-returnable.

For orders outside Cairo, a 30% deposit is required in advance to confirm your order. This helps us ensure a smooth delivery process and secure your selected items.
